Not only was delivery on-time, he was able to drop it by a bit early, which was awesome considering my husband couldn't go far without it. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER; Vacation to San Diego, CALIFORNIA from TN had no clue where I could get a scooter for Disneyland and other area attractions but by chance, I happened upon MobilitySource..... was the nicest person I met in CALIFORNIA my whole 7 days. The experience was top-notch; the scooter was A+ and he allowed two batteries so I would have no issues when at Disneyland. The price was unbeatable and much less for a week than I ever have experienced in all the years I have had to rent one. Their prices beat any of the others I found and their website was easy to navigate. I was able to find a scooter that fit my every need. My healing journey ended up being longer than the initial 1 month rental, but it was as easy as making a phone call to extend it another month. I was in San Diego for the weekend with my mom who has mobility issues. I contacted Gino, and although he was working a large event he took the time to meet us and provide a wheel chair. I didn't end up renting from them as our plans changed. After many texts, emails and phone calls I finally got refunded after almost a month of requesting a refund. I am giving them 5 stars based on being honest and finally refunding me even though it was very frustrating with the communication part. I will rent from then if we are ever in the San Diego area again.
